Marmalade Trio

Our talented team brainstormed the idea of signature marmalades as part of a process to reduce food waste—with a result that’s deliciously creative. In collaboration with Prospect Jam Company, an artisan marmalade company in Ohio we've created a collection marmalades, jams and jellies that contain ingredients that are regeneratively farmed with love at The Chef’s Garden for the maximum in flavor and nutrition.

The Marmalade Trio will contain three of the following based on availability

Carrot Cake Marmalade

Our Carrot Cake Marmalade offers up a delightful tasting experience with flavor notes of carrot cake. Picture warm baking spices with a hint of citrus. 

Beet Marmalade

Beet Marmalade made with Heirloom beets with winey, red verjus (produced from pressing unripe grapes) and tart cranberry. 

Mr. Bob’s Yellow Field Tomato Marmalade

We would only put Mr. Bob’s name on a product that was the absolute best—and that’s exactly how we’d describe this tomato marmalade. You can savor the flavor of sweet yellow tomatoes along with preserved lemon with bay and white balsamic. 

Pepper Marmalade 

Our Pepper Marmalade is deliciously simple, featuring a colorful confetti of sweet peppers that also makes this one a visual treat. Enjoy the marvelous flavor of sweet peppers captured in a jar.
