9 Potatoes, quartered
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Chives, to garnish
Salt, to taste
Wash your potatoes whole then cut into wedges
Line potatoes on a sheet pan trying not to overlap
Bake the potatoes, with nothing on them, until golden brown
Remove from oven and let them cool completely, you can place them in the refrigerator until ready to prepare
Next, add the potatoes to a mixing bowl and add 2 tablespoons of Apple cider vinegar. Toss the potatoes making sure the vinegar coats each potato
Line the potatoes back onto the baking sheet and add them to the oven at 350-400 degrees.
Warm them to your liking.
Once warmed, plate the potatoes and finish with salt and chopped chives
