Kale with BliS Gourmet

Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb Chef’s Garden hearty kale
- 1 tbsp and 1 tsp BLiS Santa Fe spice rub
- BLiS Tahitian vanilla fleur de sel; to taste
- 2 tbsp of light oil (olive, avocado, or grapeseed)
Directions:
- Devein and soak kale in water. Bruise the kale vigorously by rubbing kale firmly with hands to break down some fibers
- Spin in lettuce spinner and pat until very dry between towels
- Place dried kale in large bowl
- Toss with 2 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp BLiS Moroccan spice rub, toss well until thoroughly coated
- Place on rack on top of cookie sheet and bake until crisp at 375 degrees F (approximately 25 minutes, be careful not to burn)
- Remove from oven and let rest. Sprinkle with 1 tsp BLiS Santa Fe spice rub
- Top with BLiS Tahitian vanilla fleur de sel to taste
