Walking The Chef’s Garden farm and seeing the entire operation from seed to packing and shipping was capped with a walk through the fields of over 60 varieties of tomatoes.

We talked, picked and tasted, discussing the possibilities of where they would be used on the menu. This is my favorite start for a dish and for a menu. Color, textures, aromas and flavors inspired a collaboration that makes you wish it could always be this way. 

Not only is the produce exceptional but you can only marvel at the sustainable stewardship that they proudly pursue and maintain. I am so proud to have been a part of it.
