French Beans and Specialty Tomatoes

Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Pound French Beans
- 1/2 Cup Sliced Baby Specialty Tomatoes
- 1 1/2 Tsp White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 Tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
Directions:
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- Add the French Beans to pan; cook 6 minutes or until vegetables are tender
- Add cherry tomatoes and vinegar to pan; toss well to coat
- Sprinkle vegetable mixture evenly with salt and pepper
