Our Heritage turkeys were pasture raised on the farm as part of our permaculture operation. The Farmer Jones Farm Market at The Chef's Garden is creating a permaculture that works with nature, instead of against it, creating a functional ecosystem within our crop and livestock cycles.

- Medium (14.5-17.5#) - Best for 8-10 people
- Large (17.5-21#) - Best for 10-12 people
- Extra Large (21-27.5#) Best for 12+ people
